Performance Advisors, LLC is our wholly owned business consulting firm to serve client interests globally. We add value through our experienced and focused consultants, enterprise grade collaboration technologies, software tools & analytical models, and unique multimedia client deliverables.
Client engagements are primarily focused on projects that require substantial earnings growth. The underlying earnings drivers are assessed and optimized based on targets for top line revenue, costs of sales, operating costs and margins, EBITDA, and other shareholder return metrics. We have special capabilities to deliver value on projects that are significantly underperforming, or which are involved in distressed situations that require operational and financial turnaround.

These customized portals keep project stakeholders “on the same page” and accountable for results. Advanced knowledge management, team collaboration, project management, decision support and reporting capabilities are also integrated through these portals. We host these Solutions to assure rapid deployment, client responsiveness, and centralized quality control for the project deliverables.
Performance Advisors also works with our sister company, Performance Visualization Studios (PVS), to deliver unique perspectives and visual intelligence regarding corporate performance, along with the specific, underlying relationships that influence and/or impact that performance.
Performance Advisors improves financial performance by mapping, measuring and managing corporate “Stakeholder Relationship Networks”. Our primary assertion is that all companies and organizations are “branded collections” of individual relationships.
The relationships between individual people drive transactions between companies; they also drive corporate behavior, culture and financial results. Our objective is to bring visibility and measurement of the alignment of individual efforts with the financial interests of each client.
